We all like Japanese things, food, travel, service, thoughtful, hospitiality, spirit that always seek greater perfection… makeup an hair styles of course.
Compare with Korean and Taiwanese styles, Japanese makeup is the most natural.
On featuring, they’re more prefer to use highlight instead of shading;
when drawing eyelines, they are so detail﹣minded to use 3 kinds or more eyeliners in order to obtain natural eye makeup;
quite emphasis on foundation base makeup, should be natural in color to match with the neck; invisible foundation is the target.
Different from Taiwanese/Hong Kong and Korean styles, we won’t find thick false eyelashes, big hairstyle or white foundation on Japanese movie or drama.
There’s a characteristic in Japanese comestics, they always have elegant but subtle gliter/shimmer, not only in the eyeshadow, also in blush, lip gloss and even foundation.
In the Japanses style makeup for Windi this time, I used a lot of glitter comestic, to highlight her skin, front of eyes, nose and lips.
Besides, Japanese eyebrows are light in colour and soft.
I did put on false eyelashes, but still look natural, which is not easily be found on pictures.
