以個人意見, 收入當然是工作的推動力之一, 由於我們與客人的關係相當密切, 如果她非”正常人”系列, 她大婚前及當天我定不好受.  再者, 即使客人是有品之人, 亦不代表她身邊的朋友也同樣有品, 所以錢, 並非萬能.’

“受人錢財, 替人消災”, 既然是客人了, 也無需將之分等級, 每一次也全力以赴就是.  我深信, 花過心機做的工作, 不必hard sell別人也是感受到的.  這亦是我們從不給與議價空間的原因, 厚此薄彼, 非老實做生意之道.

不過, 人非草木, 有感情有偏好, 萬一真是遇到一些”有位走”的地方時, 就只會方便與我們合作的客人了.

愛開玩笑的客人有時會給我們高帽, 叫我們做星級化妝師;
今天, 我卻遇上了六星級客人.

六星級客人, 並非無意見的”yes man”;
並非一定是我的die hard fans;
並非一定於四季,洲際, 香格里拉擺酒的新人……

自己也是女性, 愛美, 有要求十分正常, 十分合理. 在我心目中, 鍾意與否, 清楚直接告訴我的就是最好的客人, 客人無須一定喜愛我做的. 我最怕的, 就是三個字:
“有d怪”!

今天的六星級客人, 無辜負我的心力手力, 看遍了電郵給她的溫馨提示及準備工夫;
試妝時,
- 準時;
- 帶來各化妝髮型的參考照, 連不合意造型的也有所準備;
- 穿上了淺色tube, 以配合試妝後造型;
- 做對了她心意時, 向我微笑示意; 有尤疑時直接表達, 一起討論.

連大頭shots也難不到Claire, 六星級的客人;六星級的皮膚!

動手不到10分鐘, 我已按不住向她”表明心蹟”:
“難得遇上如此合作的客人, 我愛你呀!”

平常試妝需約三小時, 今天, 兩小時已完工, 兼一擊即中, 全部都是她喜愛的, 效率奇高!

連訂金也早已準備好!!! 我的六星級客人Claire, 謝謝你, 你的合作, 不但事半功倍, 更令我數星期來第一次可以10時前回到家, 親自餵愛犬-沙律, 我愛你!

My big day is on XX XXX 2010 (XXX) and I am interesting in your company and Jessica’s professional make up plus hair styling for my whole day service (Plan ONE), but it is quite unsatisfied that I need to pay all and getting rebate HKD1,000. I understand it is the company policy and promotion term and condition. However, as a consumer, I actually could say paying deposit is already shown promise between each other. I also believe your company launching this promotion is a tool to make brides attention on your company and your make up professionalism, not a money return immediately.

I like to write this email and appreciate if you could consider my suggestion that paying half deposit if my trial make up is confirmed. I hope we could get win-win results and have good prospect in the future!

五秒鐘, 其實做不到太多事.  不過, 我在一次收生interview中, 只用了五秒鐘, 便決定拒收她!

自問也算是比較敏感的人, 即使與初次通電的客人談上三數分鐘, 大概也感受到對方的人品性格.

於收生前, 刻意安排親自個別接見, 除了要讓準學員對我們的學校, 理念, 工作有更深入了解, 亦想借這個會面機會, 讓她們知道我的要求, 及在這裏上課, 不只是交學費上課這麼簡單, 我花了心機於學員身上,  亦希望學員有所得着, 能夠學以致用當然更佳.  這樣便可以承勢篩走那些抱着玩票心態的準學員了, 免得被他應響上課氣氛.

而且, 我時常覺得態度比一切都重要.  無論是學習態度, 工作態度或是對客的態度, 都不比技術, 學歷, 背景等遜色.

所以, 完成這個隨意的interview, 是龍是鳳, 已心裏有數.

那五秒鐘, 我們還未有眼神接觸或對話, 只是單單開門 – 關門 - 坐下幾個動作, 便給人強烈不可一世, 態度囂張的負面態度.  自己亦感到非常驚訝.

順便亦提醒一下我的學員們, 無論還在學的也好, 或是已畢業的也好, 你們都親口向我承諾會比心機.  你們每一個也是我的希望, 請加油, 不要傷我心呢!
